Anybody who knows the error code which likes "MIGE - XXX" of Laser Tracking.
I want to know why this occurs and how to deal with it!
I guess that the MIGE means MIG-EYE.
If you know,please tell me.

Looks like comm error.
Check if you added IP of vision system to Host screen. Host name must be SR. Look at attachment.

Maybe you have some interference issue. Did you follow grounding instructions for laser tracking system?
All components should be grounded to one point, electrical cabinet mounted using insulating pieces, special communication cable that is grounded on one side, ... -

MIGE–058 ABORT Segment buffer index overflow
[Cause] Internal error.
[Remedy] This is an internal error. Report it to our FANUC service representativeI believe this is caused by wrong setting of $SR_SETUP.$UPDATE_TIME parameter. Controller is getting to many information per tracking length.
You need to calculate correct update time value for all of your welding (tracking) speed ranges. Formulas are in ArcTool manual.
I usually calculate this parameter before each weld or when we use adaptive welding I calculate this parameter based on min and max welding speed.
