when I set the I/O in the plc and in the ABB robot ,
The PLC send the Pi_Motor_ON to the robot , but the robot can't get the power on , I don't know why ,check the thing as the picture show , but there are still the issue .

Could you post the eio.cfg file?
What kind of robot - S4(C/+), IRC5, etc.?
Is this in manual or automatic mode?
First, is your runchain ok? AS, GS, SS and ES. Second, make sure that you are not getting a motor off input at the same time.
I just ran a quick check (in manual mode) - you should be able to see the input change state when PLC turns it on. That does NOT mean the drives come on, but it will confirm that PLC and robot are communicating.
