External axis error

I´m trying to configuring an external axis with a kuka servo motor but when i try to make a movement i receive an error. verify regulator values E1.
I need help. The servo motor number is correct and i think that parameters too.

You are right!!!
There is a KR30-2 KRC2 controller with KSS 5.2.9 software.
This Robot already work with this axis, but the hardisk have a problem and e have to put the old backup in a new disk and don´t have the external axis.
