KRC2 SVC problem

  • Hello All,

we wanted to test a reuse KRC205ed Robot interbus modul. We connect all components load up the KUKA Software, all modul run in green, then this failure message Comes (Picture added).

The funny Thing is that, we can switch the OUTs, and the moduls run green, but the error message still on Screen.

We tried tor Regenerate the SVC file, also make reconfiguration, and restart, but nothing changed.

Any hint from anyone would be well appriciated.

  • I have not used Interbus but similar problem happens with any fieldbus when configuration is wrong. for example it may be that you are mapping larger IO range than configured in SVC. if you say 'read 40 bytes' but there is only 12 bytes to read, you will likely encounter issue like this.

btw: few words on wrong things:
    1. attachment is not in English, if your intention is to ask for help in English forum, please switch language or visit German forum.
    2. attachment is an example of a bad image (poor quality, incomplete and yet too large). please read topic READ FIRST
    3. what is your KSS version?
    4. where are your configuration files?

    1) read pinned topic: READ FIRST...

    2) if you have an issue with robot, post question in the correct forum section... do NOT contact me directly

    3) read 1 and 2

  • zsampe, You need

    - an .svc file, generated from an *.bg4 file, by IBS CMD, placed at ...\C\KRC\Roboter\Init folder
    - You should point this *.svc file inside interbus.ini file, or ibspci1.ini file (depending on your interbus board model)

    For example:

;Configuration file made with Phoenix CMD; if used, some options are
    ;disabled/not used (SlaveID,MASTERRING)
    CMD_FILE=init\A2_220R1.svc

A good procedure is also write the project directly in interbus board, with IBS CMD.
