Where to get VASS certificate in Europe?

You only can VASS certification from VW. In Europe, I think You will need go to Germany to obtain this.

But, If I recall correctly, You need to be assigned to a project before ask for the VASS certification.

Well that's not really true. You can make VASS certification in each VW plant, the rule is they need to have the training going on there.
Keep in mid guys that VW need to train their employees on VASS standard as well. Eg. I made my in USA, friend of mine made it in Mexico.
The thing is in Wolfsburg they are making training quite often, rest of the plants it's rather rare.
