Disable External Axis in Yaskawa DX100

    Hi, all.


    Can somebody help me in a doubt about the servopack (SRDA-MH6) integreted in the DX100 Controller, I had a index table controlled by external axis in the controller, but we need to remove it, and i cant to disable the external axis (Station 1). I was looking for all the teach the option to disable it, and information about it, and my doubt is, if is possible disable the axis or i need yaskawa support directly.

    Hi & welcome , your machine may need to be re-initalized to new hardware format .ie. If Extra axis removed . This procedure needs be carried out using Yaskawa security level.
    If your machine has been fitted with station isolation relay hard/software, this may also be an option , you should contact Yaskawa.
