Hi friends, i need some information for the shielding gas interlock for arc welding application in DX200. I had went trough the manuals, i found that output with logical number 30024 is used for gas shortage, i tried this but it turns ON in both the conditions even if there is a gas and if there is no gas. How i can i take this interlock?

You need to connect a switch to an input to monitor gas flow or gas pressure. Then you need modify the CIO to make an alarm if the gas flow or pressure is not right. You can tie the output 30024 to your alarm if you like.
