Trying to put the analog wago module two outputs.After placing the analog module, the digital output stops working

Analog modules take more memory space. Because of this it is quite common that process image (data block transported by bus coupler) is composed with analog io at the top. When you added analog card, each output takes two bytes. Two outputs means that together they occupy 4 bytes. So digital outputs that used to be near top of image are now shifted by those 4 bytes that represent analog signals .
Your old io mapping was something like
Outb8=3,0,×1
And it need to change to something like
Outb8=3,4,×1
it works. Thanks to the panic mode. 
If there is no voltage applied to the analog input, then a value very close to zero is to be expected. It will never be perfectly zero, because there will always be a small amount of noise.
Inputs and outputs share the same address space or different ?
I have 2 analog outputs 8 analog inputs and 10 analog outputs
is this config correct ?

Your IOSYS does not agree with this summation.
The IOSYS entry, taken by itself, looks correct. It is possible that the Wago module puts the digitial I/O before the analogs -- it seems to vary with different models. So you'll need to double check that.
Regardless of which comes first, the inputs are always consecutive, as are the outputs. So bytes 0-3 for the analog outputs, followed by byte 4 as the first byte of the digital outputs, is reasonable. Worst case, you might need to move OUTB0 to Byte 0, and start the ANOUTs at Byte 80 instead.
The Inputs and outputs are mapped in parallel, so Byte 0 of the Inputs is separate from Byte 0 of the Outputs.
ok if inputs and outputs are separate then i think is correct because i have read the analog i/o
goes first in address space.
Something other i have arctech analog krc2 tech package and cy386mpra robot welder
that has the robot interface shown in the photo.
After setup wago i/o with correct iosys.ini install arctech analog and connect welder robot interface
with wago I/O modules how can i use welder from robot ?
Is there some instructions ?
As I remember DIO before AIO. Is is documented in one of the documentation (at the moment I am looking for dthe doc)

You can steal 27VDC from inside the robot, and it should work -- I have, rarely, encountered modules that refused to run on 27V. So you'll have to try it.
There's usually a terminal strip inside the KRC that will have some spare 27V terminals available, but that varies between controllers, so you'll have to look at your KRC's specific internal wiring diagram.
But given the chances of accidentally blowing your (very expensive) power supply inside the robot, you should definitely put a fuse or breaker in line to protect the power supply. It's generally considered wiser to add a separate power supply for the I/O.
i have used Wago modules (including 750-306) numerous times and they had no problem with KUKA 27.1V. Also remember installing analog I/O with it but it was just analog I/O so there was no surprise about mapping. if it was, i would remember and document it...
I have put separate 24vdc power supply and had 100% success with devicenet 8din/10dout/2anout

No not 100%.
The iosys.ini part nearly is the same, but:
for profibus: you have to generate a .ldb file with Siemens Step7 or NCM Manager and configure pfbms.ini on the robot.
for interbus: you should use Phoenix Contact CMD Tool for configuring the Interbus card.
for interbus: you should use Phoenix Contact CMD Tool for configuring the Interbus card.
Useful, but not required -- I did quite a few Interbus I/O installs on KRC1s with just hand-edited text files, before anyone got around to telling me that CMD Tool existed.
In fact, it was Volkswagen coming along ex-post-facto and telling me to erase all my working (hand-edited) setups and start over with CMD Tool b/c that was "their standard"... nevermind that they didn't bother to tell anyone that before hand!
