Greetings,
- While I have a fair bit of experience with several types of machines, I have little to no experience with a Robot.
- I purchased this robot (used - refurbished) from an integrator in Oct 2013. He came and installed it, spent 3 days setting up and training. When he left, we had it all setup and working. We used it a few times after that... no problems at all.
- We went for a long time without using it at all (would turn it on and move it around once in a while).
- System is an EA-1900N + NX100 + MH1500 ... Has a Miller AutoAxcess 300 on it.
- a few months back, we had to reconfigure some floor space... so we disconnected the MH1500 ... and moved it out to some storage space.... (left all other components of the robot alone).
- Recently I turned it on ... and when it comes up (audible alarm high pitch tone)... and two alarms:
ALARM 1325
COMMUNICATION ERROR (ENCODER)
STATION1 [1]
ALARM 4107
OUT OF RANGE (ABSO DATA)
STATION1 [1]
*************************
-- I am guessing that these errors are because the system is probably configured to expect the MH1500 to come online.... and mad because it is disconnected?
-- For now ... I just want to play (learn) some with the robot.... and would like to leave the MH1500 out in storage....
-- If I am correct about these two errors being because of the absence of the MH1500 ... can someone please walk me through how to make this work without it?
-- If I am on the wrong track... can you please direct me in the right direction?
-- Thanks in Advance.
