Internal error with new IRC5 controller

    Hello!


    We are changing from the old IRC5 pedant to the new IRC5 pedant because the old one have a broken joystic.
    When i try to start up with the new pedant it says '' INTERNAL ERROR: Please contact product support '' i ''Unspecified exception ''
    This pops up when it is; ''Loading additional files form robot controller''


    i could take a picture and post if you need that.

    I suspect you might need to upgrade the software on the controller.


    We had a similar issue where our old pendant broke but the new pendant did not work with our controller. In the end, we had to update Robotware.
