    Hi there Rupy,
it is possible of course, but some companies have requested this t2 jogging mode disabled because of safety reasons. whit which i quite agree.
I have disabled the t2 option on my robots because of this reason. Should i understand that the one you are using it's also disabled, or? do you want it enabled?

And dont forget that gates schould be closed or whatever safety devices you to protect people from the robot.

Every problem has a solution, that isn't the problem. The problem is the solution.

Keep in mind, there is a difference between "jog" and "playback" in T2. Jogging the robot in T2 behaves exactly as in T1. However, pressing the Step Go button will cause the robot to execute the program at automatic speeds.
As this presents a safety risk, many KRC2 buyers had the option removed. KRC4s eliminate jogging from T2 altogether, and only allow playback in T2. This is b/c it was so easy for someone to forget they were in T2 mode, while jogging and touching up points, and injure themselves or others by hitting the Step Go button while thinking they had T1 active.

Can you specify what is preventing you from jogging? First steps are simple put kcp in T2, close gates, hold safety switch on the back of the kcp, and last enable jogging by button top left of KCP, the same as you use in T1.

Every problem has a solution, that isn't the problem. The problem is the solution.

does your controller have T2 position on mode selection switch?
what is the setting in Progress.INI for KUNDEN_VERSION

    KUNDEN_VERSION =1 ; default value is 1, for operation without T2 change to 3

    HI,
value for KUNDEN is already 1.
When I press the deadman switch the "I" will get green but the jogging button is still disable.
On KCP it is there mentioned "T2" on mode selector switch.

    Please help.

    Hi,
When I select T2 mode using switch , on HMI it sows T2.
When I try to run the program it also runs.Every thing happens except jogging in T2.

on new KUKA robots jogging is no longer possible in T2. it certainly does not work on KRC4 (you can only run programs so robot stays on programmed path). did not work with KRC2 in a while so don't recall when the behaviour changed.
