    Hello ,

    I have a KRC2 Kr2210 L50 KSS 5.2.14 ArcTechDigital=V2.3.0
TouchSense=V1.1.3 with a welder attached by Devicenet

    The problem its the next:
When i do a seam when the arcOn start appears the Interrupt 6 or 3

Following the interrupt on the "a20.src":

    Code
    IF WELD_ACTIVE THEN
        WAIT SEC 0.001
INTERRUPT ON 6 ; interrupt for checking weld system
      ENDIF

      INTERRUPT ON 3
ACT_STOP=FALSE ; in case of NOT hot necessary
      T_STOP=FALSE

    END ;(ARC_ON)
    Display More

Attached the screenshots , also the manual for I/O welder , and the backup

The Interrupt 3 normally is defined in the INI fold at beginning of each program. Think this is also done for interrupt 6 in the arc_ini (or similar).

So you haven't used the correct template when you created the program, or you deleted the INI.

Try to create a new program, have a look at the INI lines at the beginning and copy them to your own program.

I uploaded what I saw while working with KUKA. Didn't change antything in INI line. It's still on program start.
The moment when it occurs is -> robot is moving to point to make weld then it starts to weld and then stops (error shows).

Without the actual code it is difficult to tell but you seem to be missing the interrupt declarations, you are either not running the program from the start or this src is meant to be called from another or the declarations have been deleted. I may be wrong but this is as far as my Polish and Italian can take me.

Yeah actually I was changing some welding points and tried to run just that one weld and make it there. Can I run it like this?

Well, no, since there are initializations and declarations that take place in the beginning of the file hence the error. You can create a new program with all the declarations and just the welds you need. You cannot cut corners I am afraid.
