Hello Sandeep.
If you hear the squeaky sound, it looks like closed brake. When DC link voltage became low, check motor current breaker at line before DC link, check motor and cables for short connection, and check drive unit.

Hello 0lda,
Thanks for the reply. Inside the motor is there a brake ???? Because when last time I detach the motor from the track, The motor is moving suddenly with high torque but not completing the one revolution when I'm trying to Jog. And Can you please have a look at the attached picture and let me know. Is it the problem? I really appreciate your support
Hello 0lda,
Do you have DSQC546A drive compatible list of motors? Please let me know if you have any related, Thank you
Hello Sandeep.
I've found some manual, the 3HAC 9299-1 EXT AXIS.pdf at attachment, i hope that would help you.
The red box at picture bounds block of M2000A specific time relays for cooling delay. Brake voltage goes from K3 contactor.
BR,
Thanks 0lda,
I'm off the work place I will update you tomorrow it. Thanks for the files
Hello, M2000A contactors connection table at attachment.
Hello 0lda,
Finally, the track is successfully running today . Thanks to you, Really you played a very crucial role but one more simple new complication still exists. No error is shown on Tp but When I Jog in track mode manipulator also moving at the same time. It seems totally strange to me. Let me know if you have any idea about it
The drive cable is the problem, Today for some reason I pulled out the A4 drive cable replaced with same core normal wire. And It solved the problem
Thanks for the support once again, Let me know if I can help you in any other way. I know you have very good knowledge on robot related issue, But if you required anything. Just let me know
Hello Sandeep.
You did it. Great job, frankly, I’ve provided documentation in particular. Ad. behavior of robot on the track, that's a normal behavior when you jog the track. See video at attachment. BR, Olda.
