Roboguide issue

Hello,

I have a problem with Roboguide REV. L.

If I try to add a new robot via an existing backup, the procedure stops when the virtual controller is rebooting. Roboguide stays blocked on a view where the virtual TP is shown.

I have a similar issue when I try to serialize the robot thanks to an Ethernet connection to my robot.

Does someone know this issue?

My 2 robots are FANUC M710iC/45M and M710iC/70.

Please find the requested info. Both robots have same version.
I will check later on what is exactly showing the virtual TP when the problem happens.

* Init Start
* Alarm OPTN-017 No UPDATES on this media
* Backup/Restore of device FRA: in process..
