Good morning everyone, first of all I'd like to say that this is my first time posting on this forum, and I am fresh out of school, so if any of my question doesn't sound so smart to you that's probably why. This is also the reason why I've come to reach out for your help as we do not have any Fanuc robot expert within my company..
So, I have been asked to setup a second hand Fanuc 430iw robot with a RJ3 i controller the company just bought at an auction. I plugged everything in and turned the robot on. I changed the batteries, reset the pulsecoders and did a mstering of the robot.
1st issue :
But I ran into a problem I am unable to fix by myself (asked a bunch of people within the ocmpany and did extensive search on the internet).
Even though I can jog the robot with the iPendant in joint/world coordinates, I cannot run the simplest 2 points program.. I wrote the 2 point programm on the iPendant, by setting the current robot's position as P1 and then moved the robot to a position set as p2. But whenever I do a shift+FWD or Sshift+BWD I get a "INTP-311 Uninitialized data" error..
2nd issue:
Also whenever I start the robot I constantly get a INTP-213 (-PMC-, 1) UALM [20]. I assume this is because its previous owner customized some errors cases in which the robot would display an error if some conditions were met. However I tried a few things but I cannot seem to get rid of this.. (deleted user errors in controlled start, deleted old programs, macros, IO settings..). I assume there is some program running in the background which checks for this error.
Thank you guys for any insight you can provide me with!
