Mode 11 status abnormal

I find this is usually an issue with the external safety circuit wiring.

First I would remove all safety wiring from the cell to the robot and install the jumpers that were included with the controller when the unit was purchased then see if the problem still exists.
If the robot does not produce the same fault you will need to verify the external wiring of the cell to be sure it is correct.

MODE11 signals an anomaly in the mode switch (AUTO, T1, T2).
The AUTO position has 2 channels wired on the switch (MODE11 and MODE12), the first one is not coherent with the other one, hence the error.
You may want to check the wiring of the switch, expecially if it has been remoted.

After initial programming, I tried to get the station for dry run, and as soon as I tried to turn the switch on the controller into automatic, a Mode 11 status abnormal fault popped up. The error code is srvo-374. As soon as this fault occurs I am no longer to regain motors. The fault screen shows a DCS fault but the is nothing in the DC's that is showing unsafe. If I reset the chain fault and then cycle power, the errors go away, but return as soon as I try to get back into automatic. Any insight would be appreciated.
