What is the history of this robot? Did it work before? Did you just buy it second-hand? Were there changes made to this robot immediately before this started happening?
Your screenshot and description are also badly lacking in detail. The Voltage error suggests that the batteries either need replacement, or have not been fully charged (new batteries generally need several hours charge time when installed). The MFCDRV error suggests either an MFC issue, or your IOSYS is attempting to make use of I/O that that MFC no longer has or supports. And the photo only captures part of the error list, there are more that need to be scrolled up to see.

Thank you for your reply. The robot was working but is in a lab and power gets cycled often. I will get the additional error codes.....

Hello
My guesses lead to damage KPS-600 . But without more data I can only assume that this is the reason for these errors.if you have reserve KPS-600 Replace and check.

When installing fresh batteries, or if the controller has been off long enough for the batteries to lose charge, best practice is to leave the controller powered up for ~12hrs to guarantee that the batteries achieve full charge. The batteries and charging system are designed around a usage model where the controller is powered up 90% of the time, and the batteries only need to provide power for ~30-60sec during a controlled shutdown.
What happened to this robot immediately before this error appeared? Was anyone making changes to it? The MFCDRV error could normally only happen if someone made a hardware or software change.

We had a bad KPS 600 but its know been replaced with a known good KPS and we have the following errors. We' also replaced the DSE card. This morning I checked the Ballast resistors and they are reading very high resistance but that may be normal. The robot was off for a while so maybe it is a battery issue???

you do have battery issue but that will not prevent you from moving robot.
you can also deactivate io driver in IOSYS.
problems you have is also with X11 wiring (QE). This will definitely be the top issue... -
