Old Kfloppy notes

Here's some old Kfloppy notes. I'm positive it can be refined and added to, but it's a start. Hope it helps someone who has never used it before.

Made a few updates regarding cable and readability.

I bought more cables last fall so price should be somewhat current and added Fanuc list price as of today.
