When using 120iC on either a R30iA or R30iB how can I see actual distance traveled in millimeters? There are some starts and stops with some welds that need to be fairly accurate.

You could store the position value before and after the movement in two different PR.

$SCR_GRP[1].$M_DST_ENB - Set to True
$SCR_GRP[1].$MOVE_DST - Calculates Distance of TCP movement

Actually a better one to use for weld length monitoring is

$AWEWELDSTAT[1].$WELD_DIST
