In Nachi SRA210{FD11 Controller} I'm facing a problem that sometimes it misses the spot while running in Auto mode.
We are using Obara A.C timer{STN 21}, and we are controlling this through PLC.
Timer is getting the start switch and it is giving the hold end but it misses the spot.
The weld is on from Robo and HMI as well. We interchanged the timer also but still facing the same problem.
Pl. share some solution.

This problem is due to incorrect PLC program logic for welding process.
Please check your PLC program first.
