Hello Mateeptms
You might want to check out CENIT software called FastSurf. It is based in Catia V5, but is a pretty powerful software for spray applications. It shows the deposition of the spray on the part ( either heat, paint, white light scanning etc. ) and is highly flexible allowing you complete control over the spray parameters.
http://www.CENIT.com and you can also see some you tube videos of it.
http://www.FastSuite.com is a link to the next generation software CENIT has, but it does not support spray applications yet. Very user friendly.

HI ,The best software which i have used and worked for
INROPA OLP CAD 3.5
This software is a complete solution for day to day robot programming and new part integration in quick and easy way by customer himself since this product is customize solution apart from any OEM simulation software
INROPA OLP CAD will give you liberty to use this customized setup for all major brand of robot like ABB,KUKA,KAWASAKI,YASIKAWA,etc. on a common software setup with the help of cell.zip backup.
This is high end technological product which is customized as per your actual installed booth and robots ,we create cell based on your actual line layout after onsite calibration ,which is purely customized.
True advantage
1.You can check process quality thru simulation before actual painting
2.You can check visually layer by layer coating coverage and plan action for optimization for faster result with the help of paint brush parameter setting etc.
3.This OLP software will save time and money with respect to production line breakdown, manpower resources, paint saving, new product preaprdness..
4.Single software platform work for major brand of robots like ABB,Motoman,KUKA,KAWASAKI etc
5.Point to point visual cell calibration for your robot paint line to get same result actual Vs Virtual robot movements.
if you are interested i can send you presentation and demo video link
Inropa OLP CAD 3.5 is really good but still looking for some others. Let us know if there is any.
Inropa OLP is indeed very established especially for painting (I think the name even stands for INtelligent RObot PAinting).
If you are looking for an alternative robot offline programming software tool, check out "AUTOMAPPPS" ( http://convergent-it.com/ ). Especially when it comes to complex painting or powder-coating applications like very high variant parts / small lotsize and/or complex line-tracking. Check out the youtube video and you know what I mean.
