Fanuc-Interference Check & Intelligent Interference Check function

I dont know anything about it, but on Fanuc's HandlingTool e-Doc is: Basic Interference Check & Intelligent Interference Check, and it appears to have all the info on setting it up. If that is what you are after. We aren't allowed to post Fanuc manuals on here so if you don't have the e-Doc I guess you will need to source one from Fanuc, or wait for someone on here to respond that has used it.

If you have two robots on the rail what you're looking for is RailZone. It's part of the intelligent interference check system. In a nutshell you define a High side barrier and a low side barrier on both carriages. The robots communicate position to each other via EGD. The barriers will keep the carriages from colliding, however speed vs stopping distance must be taken in to account. It's not too difficult to setup but a manual doesn't hurt to have either.
