Is it possible to delimit the workspace of a KRC4 in order to disable the robot when trying to go to a location outside "my space" ?
Something like a cube, and the robot can only jog inside that cube.

you have several options:
1. WORKSPACE (available on any robot) allows you to create cartesian or axis specific spaces, new controllers also allow cylindrical. Note, this is NOT safety rated and cannot be used to protect humans
2. SafeOperation spaces, this is paid option but .... it IS safety rated.
3. Range limiting kits (hardware)
you have several options:

1- Yep, it's not human safety related. It's to protect some tool cables, cause they might break if the robot goes too low.

Where can i get the documentation about it? Didn't find it..
... or take a look at the Parts & Doc DVD that is shipped with every robot.
