11223, Backup error

Try taking a backup through Ethernet, also try doing a b start on your controller in the advanced options menu.if this does not work i would try deleting the data in the array applying it to the controller, and then pasting the data back into the array and applying.

Most of the time it's a missing file in your system.
You can try to save everything manually. Save all your modules and parameters and then try to reinstall the system.

maybe your hard disck is full????

if you use S4 or s4c+
the problem is:
your hard disk is full.

I'm with this problem in our IRC5 robot. Someone found solution?

Just guesses: You have a directory name that is too long, have a syntax error, or a directory path that is too long. If you have a corrupted file, do you have a recent, known good backup that you can restore?

Skooter I have backup of 10 years ago and any one that I try restore give me the same problem.
I already created a new system in this robot and same thus when I restor the backup happens this problem.
I checked names of directory or corrupted files and I didn't see these problems.

Are you backing up to the flash drive, a USB or both?
When looking at the files, are you using the flex pendant explorer or have you tried an FTP client thru the service port?
