Alarm KRC4 X11

    Im trying to conect my safety via X11 on:


    Kr16 hw L8
    kss 8.3.17
    artech basic 1.3.1



    im following the post:

    and im working under the .pdf upload "panicmode"



    the problem its the next:


    when i open a external E stop pin 1,2 the emergency stop work correctly but if i close again the emergency stop stills , and the error "safe device safety Interface board SIB standard (SION-SI: error at input 1)" appear , and the error doest disapear only if i reboot the cabinet


    i jumpered the next pins on x11

    11,12
    13,14
    23,24
    25,26
    27,28
    29,30
    31,32

  • problem is with Operator safety circuit....


    this could be
    a) SIB board,
    b) internal cable from SIB to X11,
    c) your wiring (outside connections to X11)

    the wiring was ok,



    i load a older project and the same problem appears.
    so i choose on my KCP configure , configure the safety , and ask me what happen ? and you want to do?.


    i choose a work visual project was activated , and i want to reconfigure the safety.
    reboot with option reload files , and th safety X11 works correctly.

  • Hey guys, I just had the same issue and tried the steps above. The alarm goes away, but when I shut down the robot and turn it back on the next day, there it is again.

    Any thoughts?
