Alarm KRC4 X11

    Hello ,


    Im trying to conect my safety via X11 on:


    Kr16 hw L8
    kss 8.3.17
    artech basic 1.3.1



    im following the post:

    and im working under the .pdf upload "panicmode"



    the problem its the next:


    when i open a external E stop pin 1,2 the emergency stop work correctly but if i close again the emergency stop stills , and the error "safe device safety Interface board SIB standard (SION-SI: error at input 1)" appear , and the error doest disapear only if i reboot the cabinet


    i jumpered the next pins on x11

    7,8
    9,10
    11,12
    13,14
    23,24
    25,26
    27,28
    29,30
    31,32

    problem is with Operator safety circuit....


    this could be
    a) SIB board,
    b) internal cable from SIB to X11,
    c) your wiring (outside connections to X11)

    the wiring was ok,



    i load a older project and the same problem appears.
    so i choose on my KCP configure , configure the safety , and ask me what happen ? and you want to do?.


    i choose a work visual project was activated , and i want to reconfigure the safety.
    reboot with option reload files , and th safety X11 works correctly.

    Hey guys, I just had the same issue and tried the steps above. The alarm goes away, but when I shut down the robot and turn it back on the next day, there it is again.

    Any thoughts?
