Hi I am new for VW standards and I had some backup can I get explanation for this
    "FB ONL=M1 & E49 &E53
    1.VW_USER SP2 NORGREN WZGNr=1 Pismo=2200 Ausg1=120 Kraft=65 Blech=10
    2.bin (EIN)=3203
    3.SPS MAKRO80=EIN
    4.SPS MAKRO212=EIN
    5.SPS MAKRO214=EIN
    6.bin (EIN)=3203

    Hey, Robotdione.

Do you have more information about this system?

It does not look straight VASS, and without look the complete backup, is difficult to explain.

But, I can try to guess something

    FB ONL=M1 & E49 &E53

This is an online checking. The robot needs all these conditions to move to another robotarget. Exx means Inputxx. M1 is a group of conditions.

    1.VW_USER SP2 NORGREN WZGNr=1 Pismo=2200 Ausg1=120 Kraft=65 Blech=10

This is VW_User, a technology package from VW. For these comments, seems to me this is for transfer some parameters to some kind of Norgren servobox.

    2.bin (EIN)=3203

This is a group of outputs. Normally, bin have a number, like bin3. In a spotweld robot, normally bin is used to send the spot program to weld controller or to send the compensation value to servobox.

    3.SPS MAKRO80=EIN

Makros are subroutines with only logic statemens.

In the newer VASS standard, makro80 is the makro responsible to close the gun and trigger the spotwelding.

    4.SPS MAKRO212=EIN

    Dont know

    5.SPS MAKRO214=EIN

Dont know. Need to see the complete backup

    6.bin (EIN)=3203

Hi This looks like Polo standard !

    1.VW_USER SP2 NORGREN WZGNr=1 Pismo=2200 Ausg1=120 Kraft=65 Blech=10

( this the line used to tell the Welding Gun Module ( Norgren ) 2200 opening distance , 120 is your balancing pressure , pressure 65 , sheet sthickness 10)

    2.bin (EIN)=3203

This line normally Bin1 sends the bosch weld timer what welding program number it must weld. ( u can find this in the bosch software ( spot list)

    3.SPS MAKRO80=EIN

Makro 80 is used for the Operator to enter station ( if u press the push button on the station robot wil stop )

    4.SPS MAKRO212=EIN

makro 212 open the gun to Mid position

    5.SPS MAKRO214=EIN

Makro 214 is your welding makro
    6.bin (EIN)=3203
Normally this bin no should be the next point's weld number ( you send it in advance)

    Hope i explained OK.

if u need any assistance message me.

    Cheers
    Paul
