Does KUKA robot KRC2 support Profinet topology (Control /Deceive) as a KRC4 ?
Is there possibly to remove ESC board in KUKA robot KRC2 and Install new ESC board that can support Profisafe also?

Profinet Device and Controller mode supported on 5.X.X with Profinet IO technology Software. You can buy from KUKA. Profisafe is not supported but Pilz Safety Bus is supported with additional ESC module.
