In the [DEVNET] section make sure the inputs and out puts are defined correctly
example
[DEVNET]OUTW0=3,0,x1 ;$OUT[1-16]
INW0=3,0,x1 ;$IN[1-16]outw = the outputs are addressed as a word
0 = start at the first output address in the kuka outputs address = x*8+1 ed OutW2 would start writing 16 bits at $OUT[17]
3 = the MAC ID of the 750-306 set by the first 6 dip switch
0 = where to read the data from the 306
x1 = not really sure about that one in the book it says "The multiplier is used to define the address range width of
the connected devices (multiplier value 1, 2, 3, ...) to allow
a possible subsequent address expansion"
I would just leave it at x1also use DEVNET=2,dnInit,dn2drv.o
I am pretty sure support for dndrv.o was discontinued a while back but that would depend on the age of your robot.
one other thing that has bit me in the rear is that if you use multiple nodes in the devnet.ini file they need to be called from low to high
eg
this is good[krc]
debug=0
baudrate=5
LOGFILE=1
[1]
Macid=3
[2]
Macid=5this is no Good
