It's been a few years but here's an example of a lathe load w/ softfloat. I assume you have a tailstock as we did.
You call the softfloat schedule you want, "FollowUp" updates the robot position (sort of a continue from here) to keep it from trying to return to the commanded position.Code
Display MoreWAIT DI[953:L - OK To Load]=ON ; 48: ; 49: DO[954:L - Rob In Machine]=ON ; 50: ; 51:J P[2] 50% CNT75 ; 52: ; 53:L P[3] 1000mm/sec CNT10 ; 54: ; 55:L P[15] 750mm/sec FINE ; 56: ; 57:L P[4] 500mm/sec FINE ; 58: ; 59: ; 60: SOFTFLOAT[1] ; 61: ; 62: DO[958:L - TS FWD Request]=ON ; 63: WAIT DI[958:L - TStock @ FWD]=ON ; 64: DO[958:L - TS FWD Request]=OFF ; 65: ; 66: ; 67: DO[956:L - Clamp Request]=ON ; 68: WAIT DI[956:L - Clamped]=ON ; 69: DO[956:L - Clamp Request]=OFF ; 70: ; 71: WAIT 1.00(sec) ; 72: ; 73: FOLLOW UP ; 74: ; 75: RO[1:UnClampTool 1 (OD)]=ON ; 76: ; 77: WAIT RI[1:Tool 1 UnClamped (OD)]=ON ; 78: ; 79: PAYLOAD[3] ; 80: ; 81: SOFTFLOAT END ; 82: ; 83:L P[5] 500mm/sec CNT10 ; 84: ; 85:L P[16] 1000mm/sec CNT25
Here's the schedule it uses. The manual explains more precisely how to set it up. My advice is start at lower % and work your way up, otherwise it will turn in to a wet noodle if set too high.

Also, try to have the best payload you can manage. Ideally one calculated from a CAD model. Softfloat doesn't work very well if you don't have a good payload.
