cold run selected

intruduce, my name husnul from indonesia
My first time using kuka robot welding machines by TRUMPF.
and now is experiencing problems.
my problem is cold run selected (Number 6100)
if program execute with T2 in Kr-c 2 without laser on (simulaton), program run with cold run.
if program execute with T2 in kr-c 2 with laser on, lasser error (source <laser> number 6100
may be all member can help me.
