Hi
Controller KRC-2
Robot KR210-2-F 2000
Problem started with the batteries not getting changed.
The original alarms included needing to master the axis.
I have changed the batteries and used a EMT to remaster the axis.
I do however still have this message. I searched for it in the forum
and got a couple hints that make sense, the clocks do not match.
From what I understood was to go to CONFIG then Services.
I do not have Services.
What should the procedure be for my vintage controller?
Thank you for the help

KSS version? Controller edition?
You probably need to log in as Expert or Administrator to get access to services, then select which source (RDC or hard drive) has the correct data (robot serial number, hour meter, etc) to overwrite the other.
-
That was the trick, Needed to log in as Administrator.
Thank you -
Hi, I have the exact same error message, but I don't understand what it means to "go to CONFIG"...
There's a "Configuration" menu, but there's no "Service" sub-menu in there, even logged-in as administrator.
A bit of context would help me here.
Thanks

menu options have changed from one KSS version to another. so if you need detailed help, it has to start with you - try to read and provide some details.

Hereafter, my system details and the error message.

User login to expert or administrator and go to Setup->Robot Data. Question will appear and select correct data source RDW or HDD. This will synchronization controller data HDD to RDW or vice versa.

Thanks !

I am really sorry for that. I have to manage many other staff and I did not search for password. Thank you for your time and answering to me. Regards.

Hello. I bought 12 Koka robots, model 2007. But I don't know which cabin belongs to which robot. There is no information on them and their nameplates have been removed. Should each cabin be connected to its own robot only? And their manual controls are also without specifications. When I connect them, I get this message: f
Data of RDC and Hard Disk-inconsistent! Check robot data!

The message is typical if control cabinet and robot do no fit. Exchange cabinets until messages disappear. Then you should have found the original combinations.
Robot info is stored on PC Harddisk inside the cabinet and on the rdc board at the robots base. Message is set when there is no match.
Also look into robot data plugin menu on the KCP. It lets you choose which info is correct. RDC or PC. Consider also looking at $kr_serialno, $Robtrafo[] and $trafoname[] in Diagnose ->variable-> single to find out more about robot serial number, robot type according to RDC and Harddisk. You can lookup those system variables in the system variable manual.
This all should all help figuring it out.
