arc welding problem

  • Hello , I have problem


    When an welderror occurs at the start of the weld, manipulator stops and waiting on line by instruction ARCON .


    After switch mode automatic/hand (operators need to enter into the area of welding) and back , restart the robot and repeated failure to cause a shift instruction ARCON to MOVE .


    After next restart robot moving without welding .This is a problem, how to fix it? Controller NX100.

  • Hi Erik!
    This is not a problem, the controller is always a line in front, and when you restart the system probably it will be in the line corresponding to the point where the weld bead ends. Just you guide your operator to return a line before the ARCON instruction if the problem occurred at the opening of arc .If the problem happened in the middle of the weld bead back in the line of ARCON.

    Operator do not restart system, just push the button external start .


    Robot first time stopped at start of welding (sticking). After an ext.start and repeated failure robot standing, but the cursor moves to the next instruction, he is not stay on the place -this is main issue .


    Following repeat start, robot moving without welding.


    Operator in our factory cant manipulate with teach pendant.
