WorkVisual "Programming and diagnosis"

Hi,

I had this similar issue and the minimum system requirements to run this feature is;

KSS: 8.3.15 #109 or Higher
WOV: 4.0

I am using 8.3.14 and this feature will NOT work. I get the same error as you.

Here's a stupid question.....with such an old version of KSS, why are you using the newest WorkVisual? Is it possible to update the KSS?

nothing wrong with using new WoV on KSS8.3
