We have problems with the communication with axis computer and security card, i think but i do not know
when I click on " PP TO MAIN" and pressed "PLAY " the robot, sometimes, get to the safety position . At this time an error total system failure At this time the green LED EN1 (enabled ) card security falls. I need restart the system.
The same applies if try to move the axes.
Also the failure of the message communication between the computer and the card Axis Securities
