Configs error

    Hello,


    I am using Process Simulate V 12.1, facing an issue in setting the configs for via tags. Once I select the via tags, not able to see the NUT FUT or any option in the config window. Only Clear option in the window, not able to highlight the apply option for the configs.


    Please the attached for the error snapshot.


    Please direct me to resolve the issue, awaiting for the result

    Hi,


    Please show me the robot along the via's which you have created from the top view.


    Probably this issue is due to incorrect TCP or the robot is unable to reach the desired target points.
