Does Kuka have more commands like this in brackets BAS(#PTP_PARAMS,100) to change other parameters ? for example to change vel,appro e.t.c.?

Yes, just read BAS.SRC

As panic_mode said, read the contents of BAS.src and then you'll be able to see all the options you have there.
There are hard and complex things, but there are also a lot of easy things you can use or take ideas from.
the biggest problem I see with BAS is that it is not documented at all, which is a pity...
