I have a couple of MigWelding robots ARCMate 120Ic 10L, everytime PLC toggle the drycicle bit ON the robot simulated all the weld IO to the weld controller, when its off robot UNSIM all the I/O.
So when trying to run Drycicle, the robot get the Input on and simulated weld I/O doing this the cell is not able to get AUTO due to the SIMULATED I/O is a condition to not have any SIM I/O to run in AUTO so i have to go to the TP and UNSIM doing the FCTN>UnsimAll.
Anyone have an idea why is doing that??
