they grayed out download button but from webpage source one can see that all pages are simply scanned images with sequential names. just few seconds in excel is enough to create a crude HTM file that collects and displays them all without manually flipping pages.

thanks. I didn't manage to do anything in excel but I deleted the .txt extension and it opens perfectly in chrome. thanks again.

That is all that is needed. Htm/Html documents open in web browser. I just used excel to quicky generate many similar lines of code but forum does not allow attachments with such extension... So TXT was added.
