X11 Plug + WorkVisual

  • Quick one. Eventually setting up an E-Stop and mat or light curtain. For now, I've jumpered our X11 per posted KRC4 Compact X11 diagrams in other posts. I'm only able to jog in Startup Mode. Is there something I need to do in WorkVisual to use the jumpered X11 plug (bypass) in T1/T2 mode? I'd like to test some toolpaths from KUKA|prc before setting up all the safety configs.

  • Found my problem, after talking to a fellow robot investigator. ALL of the pairs in the X11 circuit needed to be wired. Duh!
