hi everyone.
I want to connect the DeviceNet krc2.I made the necessary settings in the manual, but "configuration I/O error dn2drv" error in trouble with my head.
I have no idea about the source of the problem.

what is the part number of the bus coupler? what are the settings? what is in DEVNET.INI? what is in the IOSYS.INI?

are you sure you did wire it correctly?
your pictures show you have reversed power (black and red wire) at MFC side, and bus (blue and brown) at bus coupler side...
i guess your coupler is LC5200. -

yes, bus coupler is lc5200.MFC board x801 1) 24-
2)can-
3)shield
4)can+
5)24+
I made a connection in that order.I think it is right.
If I do not know the order wrong to pin the picture. -
it is not right, look at labels on orange connector in my post and note connector orientation (round side).
1. = black = 0VDC
2. = blue = CAN_LOW (C-)
3. = bare/shield=drain (GREEN on your cable)
4. = white = CAN_HIGH (C+, BROWN on your cable)
5. = red = +24Vif you choose to use reversed colors for power and consider MFC to be done correctly than it should be:
1. = red= 0VDC
2. = blue = CAN_LOW (C-)
3. = bare/shield=drain (GREEN on your cable)
4. = white = CAN_HIGH (C+, BROWN on your cable)
5. = black= +24Vin this case everything but green wire is in wrong place on the I/O side

other problem was solved , but now I get this error. "error on reading , driver.DN2DRV"

according to your INI files, your bus coupler is supposed to be using node address 5 and baud rate of 500kbps. is is really set this way?
are the i/o sizes correct?
how about trying with something smaller like -
Actually i have same issue in krc2 , i hv checked iosys, device net ini it is ok still that is occurring

If You checked iosys and DEVNET.INI and it is ok, then the wiring is not ok. -
Wiring has been checked but it is also ok , mac id and boud rate (dip setting) on other side (fronius weld source/devicenet) is ok . Where can we check robot ready signal is getting onor off on robot.also there is one more concern no-one outputs is getting on by forcefully through the teach pendant.
