Depends on the generation of hardware. Some late KRC1s ran the same KSS versions as early KRC2s. But there was not a lot of overlap.
"Machine data" applies to the robot, not to the controller. Asking for the "machine data" for a KRC1 or KRC2 is a question with no answer. You need to install on your controller a valid KSS version, followed by the correct Machine Data for the particular model of robot arm you have connected to the KRC.
To reiterate: KRC is the controller. There are many different models of robot arm (KR) that can be connected to a KRC, and each one requires its own specific Machine Data.

when i hold enable switch in back botton in kcp s is green o is red dont changed to I
in auto and ext mode (SIR) is green

Check the jog speed. If it has been set to 0%, that might explain what you are seeing.

All right, let's go back to the beginning.
1. Does the robot run, and move, in EXT or AUT modes? (your second message implied that the robot works in EXT mode)
2. If you monitor the system variable $PERI_RDY, while you squeeze and release the deadman in T1, does it change state?
3. What wiring are you using on X11?
4. What is this robot's history? Was it working properly before? When did this problem begin? Was there any recent change to the hardware, or to the external safety chain?

I would like to know that how can I figure out from the robot archives Which is the KRC1 or wihich is the KRC2 backup. What is the main different? And which file contain the version.

The file AM.INI is contained in the root of the Archive file, and contains information on the robot model, serial number, and all installed options on the KRC.
