DX100 telnet communication?

Hi all!

Just wonder why I can't log into my dx100 with telnet. TCP/IP is up, I set s2c1119=2 and reboot, then telnet to default port (23), get "Connection refused". Ethernet server on port 80 works fine meanwhile.
