Hello All,
I got a question on the Fanuc Robot. when we set up the space function, what's the meaning of the outside ? Does that mean we want the output signal take affect when the robot is in the outside of the space? And also for the inside, if the robot is inside of the space that we setup, the output signal will be on, is that correct? But I have tried that, it seemed it didn't work like that. Can anybody give me some feedback? thanks!

If you set outside, the output will be ON when the robot will be outside of the space. And it will need the input to enter into that space.

You always need to set an input for enable a space function, you can't leave DI[0].

It means, that the setting may be changed, manually or programatically, while the robot is operating.
