There is no reset option I am told by ABB Auburn Hills, Mi.

Yi has same issue you have to change the unit not just the battery
-
I believe the issue is in the DSQC508 Battery Unit. When it compares the voltage of the first 9 cells with the second 9 cells, it is seeing a difference in voltage even when voltages are the same. If you trust your new battery, you can ignore it or you can have the DSQC508 repaired or replaced as suggested by Pcavan.

1-wait for the new battery to charge for 1 day
Unfortunately, as mentioned in S4c + models, there is no reset option. -
This can be a bit 'tricky.' First you have to remove the S4Cplus battery unit from the bottom of the computer box (open front door, look for 4 Torx screws near the bottom) to find what revision of the battery unit that you have. Best done with power OFF but if you are careful it doesn't matter. Usually, on the backside of that mounting plate there is a sticker with the ABB part number '3HAC5393-2\??.'
If the ?? are 10 or higher you can replace the battery pack ONLY [3HAC5105-1] but if the revision number (??) is lower than 10 you must replace the whole unit DSQC 508 ---many more $$$. There is no Reset.
