KRC2 ProfiNet driver

Hello,
I would like to use KRC2 with CP1616 PCI card, to communicate with Siemens CPU with ProfiNet. I have GSD for CP1616 in S7, but now I need Profinet driver to install it on KRC2. In manual it says that is on CD named KUKA ProfiNet IO options CD. Where can I get one? Does anybody have it online?

Have you find it and how did you solve it at the end ?

It would have to be purchased from KUKA. But KUKA no longer sells any hardware or software for KRC2s.

Also, IIRC the CP1616 card for KRC2s is different from "standard" Siemens CP1616 card on the open market. The firmware has been tweaked to work with the KUKA communications driver.
