Dear Friend
SRVO-136 DCLVAL alarm was came on 30ib robot per day 2~ 3time came , pl kindly give the countermeasure for this concern
pl tell your experience what is the real root cause .
SRVO-136 DCLVAL alarm (Group: i Axis: j)
(Explanation) The servo the DC current of amplifier (DC link
voltage) of the main power supply is abnormally
low.
- This alarm occurred during robot operation.
(Action 1) Check the input voltage to the controller is within
the rated voltage and no phase is lack. And check
the setting of the transformer is correct.
(Action 2) It is possible that an instant disconnection of power
source causes this alarm. Check whether an instant
disconnection occurred.
(Action 3) Modify the program in order that robot and the
auxiliary axis do not accelerate simultaneously in
the system with the auxiliary axis.
(Action 4) Replace the E-stop unit.
(Action 5) Replace the servo amplifier.
- If this alarm occurred before the magnetic contactor is
turned on:
(Action 1) Check whether the circuit breaker in the
emergency stop unit is OFF. If it is OFF, check the
servo amplifier and the wiring between the servo
amplifier and the emergency stop unit. If anything
is abnormal, replace it. Else, turn on the breaker.
(Action 2) Check the input voltage to the controller is within
the rated voltage and no phase is lack. And check
the setting of the transformer is correct.
Dear friend
already checked the voltage, As per manual remedy we have confirmed the input voltage to the controller found Ok
but issue still not closed , group-1 axis-1,2 only coming , if any body well know the reason pl let me share me..
what model robot?
Fanuc robot 30ib
Check if you have a cable to the robot that is big enough, else when the robot uses a lot of power, the voltage drops and give these kind of problems.
And for the same reason, check if there are devices that draw a large current are on the same electrical group.
Starting a very large electro-motor gave this fault in our factory, and an extra cable and group solved the problem.
