Relatively new to the field. Sorry if I'm not asking the right questions.
The brightness and contrast settings are the same on all the controllers(kcp2). On one of them though the screen is significantly dimmer. Hitting the contrast and brightness buttons do cause changes. Comparing the sps files on the machines: they do appear to be the same. The windows settings are also the same. Directly manipulating $phgbright and $phgcont did not fix the problem.
Is there a hardware adjustment somewhere? If so what manual do I need to track down that would have that kind of information?
