We were having servo power problems and would sometimes get this message. In servo power supply use vestrietion. We think its a typo but we are not sure. We messaged the motoman tech support but have not received a reply yet. If anyone has any idea on what this could possibly mean it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This could be a user message. Like user alarms only they don't stop the robot, just puts up the message. Next time you see this, check the specific input 4013 for user message request. If that is on, something is requesting a user message and you will have to look at the CIO to find out what is making this bit come on.

i have seen this message before and it is linked with the servo power on. if i remeber correct the servo were getting off without any reason and this message was displayed. i think that we exchanged the 2 relays of the servo power on and the problem solved.

I've seen that also. Been close to 15 years ago. I don't remember replacing any components though. I though that it was something dual channel that was preventing servos from coming on. Got servos on eventually.

I know a thing or two, because I’ve seen a thing or two. Don't even ask about a third thing. I won't know it.
