kuka rdc connector wiring

    hi roboters,

    we need info about the wiring of the connector that we plug into the rdc. which wire is +24, etc. for krc 4.
    thx in advance for ur help

    Please check the electrical drawing came with the Robot Controller. Also inside the Junction Box (located on robot base), all the wires with connectors are labelled which can be easily distinguished which wire is for what.

    Anyway, there should be six resolver cables labelled according to the axis numbers if the robot is six axes robot. One cable should be the the 24 VDC X17 or X19 jst a guess. One more cable for the Mastering tool.

    there is more than one version of RDC. each of them has bunch of connectors...

    1) read pinned topic: READ FIRST...

    2) if you have an issue with robot, post question in the correct forum section... do NOT contact me directly

    3) read 1 and 2

    Yes, it depends on which series robot belongs to. I mean if it quantec or some other. The details can be found in Parts and Docs Disk I guess. :hmmm:
