SmartPad "Fault 10061"

    Hello,

    My first TP is broken and I changed by an other.
    But when I connect the new SmartPad, Fault connexion 10061appear on the screen.
    Somebody knows this problem. Thank you for your help.

    I was in same situation today. (KRC1 KR6-2 Arcwelding robot with KPU400L Welder.) İf there is no problem about physical connection it may be MFC board. İs it ? I couldn't solve/test this problem because i have no reserve MFC.

    Time ... Not Enough.

    i don't understand why is it so hard to provide full message text EXACTLY as displayed and/or screenshot, kss number etc..!?

    messages often (like in this case) have embedded values which are essential to distinguish between various possibilities and narrow the problem down...

    my crystal ball is out of service.... so does anyone need help or what...? :uglyhammer2:
